Good
It takes around 12 to 15 minutes to walk to Masjid e Nabawi. There is parking in the basement.
Location of the parking entrance and exit is very inconvenient. Breakfast isn't good. Considering the cost of the stay it didn't seem good value.

What was the highlight of Zaha Al Munawara Hotel
Very Good
It is a neat and clean accommodation, which is about 10 minutes walk to Masjid e Nabwi. It is on main road and has shops and restaurants in vicinity. Check in/out were quick and smooth. It has four elevators which are fast and efficient and adequate for the number of guests living at this facility. Toilet and toiletries were adequate. It had an electric kettle in room and plenty of sachet of tea, coffee and creamer. They graciously provide drinking water bottles in room. There is a farmacy just next door. Buffet Breakfast had good variety but their restaurant is not spacious enough to settle the number of guests. One day, towards the end of BF time, there was hardly any vacant table and food had also finished while many guests were still in queue.
Beds were not comfortable, one would feel sunk in the mattress, and pillows were thicker than normal which kept "heads high". This aspect needs to be addressed. We had 3 rooms and every bed was like this.
